vi is the opposite when it comes to where she sleeps - pretty much everyone knows she sleeps in the rookery on the third floor. she's an open book about so much, even if she possibly shouldn't be.

she'll stroll about the busiest section of the district until she spots him (he's got one of those appearances that's memorable) or he spots her first.

[ He Xuan is tall and striking in his black robes, but Vi is the one with pink hair. He spots her easily, approaches and while she chooses to wave, he folds his hands together to make a circle held out before him, and offers her a bow.

It's rare he's this respectful without it being darkly sarcastic, but she fed him, that went a long way. ]

Well, that and offering what he's carrying: two plastic tupperware (how great is plastic? so great) bound up in a cloth wrap that ties at the top to make a handle, one of which has ten dried and salted small fish, and the other which has a syrupy sour and spicy fish head soup that has been boiling over his fire for days and is still holding a lingering warmth. ]

[a bit of a headtilt at the greeting, but hey, it's not the weirdest she's heard. it's not even an insult! she's been punched in greeting before (bakugou) - and the little bow reminds her of sansa, of other bow-ers, of people just overflowing with actual manners. she's touched, and a genuine smile breaks through as the laughter subsides - she'd never really been holding back her feelings anyway.

[ There's something about the way he says all of that, that makes it very very hard to know if he is joking (like a weird-ass affectionate nickname) or now truly believes she's Hands-pangzi and Jinx is a million years old. ]
