First off, blood is weird and I'm not a darkblood, but I've smashed some things into walls without using my hands if you catch my drift, and time stopped and it was weird, so yeah.

Earrings in ears? Yeah, I can fix that. Nose? Sure. Anything ...more hardcore than that and I'm gonna have to say the Lumenarium's the best place, because I can't just ...move skin around.

If you have straight hair and you just need the length cut off, I can do that. I can even do bangs if you want, but you're better off asking someone else.
I know a barber in Crenshaw, but I don't know if she can do braids. I can only do like, one long braid, or two long braids?? But it's not precise or fancy because I, the vileblood that has vileblood magic in my weird, stinky blood that definitely does exist, thank you, -- I am not a hair person, or a loc...tician?
But I can ask around. My barber's name's Drea, and again, feel free to use my name - just have them put it on my tab. Even if you want this hair? They can do it better, I promise.

The arm? The leg? Yeah, those I can do. If you want jewels, I dunno, but there's a lot of cool stuff and different inks, so I can look into that. But, yeah, if I can study the designs, if you can bring them to Ursula's, I can ink your new limbs to match your old ones.
Hell, a really good blood minister might even be able to remove the limbs again, but that's your call. It's a vileblood thing, for sure. Just not my thing. My thing is tattoos. And a couple of easy piercings.

If you have designs from a prosthetic you want on your skin, please make your way to Ursula's Ink. If you are in need of hair dye or a barber, or someone to fix your braids, I will give you pale bloodstone.
[she's willing to take a loss on this, because inert pale bloodstone is easy for her to make, but not so much that she'll look like an easy mark.]
The Blood Ministers at the Lumenarium will treat you for free, and you can find Palamedes at the Sanctuary as well.
[he's a darkblood, and sansa's understanding of necromancy doesn't stretch to flesh magic, but there will probably be someone there who knows what to do. or she can ask the nurses...]
And anyone may wait their turn to cut their nails––those are fabric shears.
